And finally a morality tale.

This the is the story of "Red" the Pheasant. A lovely photograph of a photograph illustrates Red following a letter carrier just outside of Missoula, Montana. 

The caption on the picture reads:

"Red" the Pheasant

 During the Winter of 2001-2002, Red followed letter carrier

Carolyn Jones daily along her Patee Canyon route

Here is Red sometime after that picture was taken.

Pheasant under glass...well, plexiglas. I think this is one of the reasons I love Montana.
